Notice to Parent/Guardian:

Please note that when a student reaches 18 years of age or attends a post-secondary institution, he/she becomes an "eligible student," and all rights under the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) transfer from the parent to the student. To gain access to your child's record while enrolled in the dual enrollment program will require the consent of the student through granting auxiliary access to you in the student system.

Upon admission to Embry-Riddle Dual Enrollment, please have your child check their email address for the appropriate steps on setting up this access.

Financial Disclosure
Embry-Riddle Dual Enrollment Financial Disclosure Form

At Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, the payment of tuition and all other applicable fees becomes an obligation at the time of registration. The Federal Truth-in-Lending Act requires a complete disclosure of the terms and conditions governing the payment of these obligations and the method of calculating any applicable finance charges. To comply with these regulations, the University asks prospective students and their parent or guardian to read carefully the following disclosures, terms and conditions before signing this Agreement. It is my responsibility to assign a designee within the auxiliary access of the Student Center. This provides your designee the ability to make a payment on your account.

The undersigned agrees to pay his/her obligation to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (hereinafter referred to as “the University”) in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. Failure to make payment in full by the due date may result in administrative withdrawal from classes. In the event that a student’s delinquent account is turned over to a collection agency and/or in the event of a suit to collect a delinquent account, the responsible party will be charged all of the University’s cost of collection, including attorney’s fees.

This payment agreement will cover the student’s obligations to the University for as long as the student continues to incur obligations to the University and/or has an outstanding balance on his/her account.

The University reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Agreement prior to registration or validation for any term by sending a notice to the student at his/her billing address. If there are any financial questions, please call the Bursar Office at 386-226-6280 for an explanation."
