Congratulations to ERAU Dual Enrollment Student Benjamin “Ben” Perez from Bethel Christian School in California.

Ben was named Valedictorian of the 2019 Senior Class at BCS, with a 4.16 GPA.

As a Dual Enrollment student with Embry-Riddle, Ben achieved top honors.

This year he received the Golden Eagle Award given to the Senior who has earned the most credit and highest GPA while participating in the dual enrollment program.

Ben has excelled both inside and outside of the classroom. Musically gifted, he was an Accompanist for both his high school and middle school choirs.

He plays keyboard for a church praise and worship team, and he also wrote and performed an original piece for his high school graduation.

An accomplished athlete, Ben played Baseball, Cross Country, Track and Field, and Basketball in high school. He was also an English and Math tutor.

This Fall, Ben plans to attend UC-Riverside where he will study Business in hopes of one day trading stock and investing in real estate.
